Centre-ville Fréjus
Charlemagne Fréjus has the great pleasure of welcoming Joseph Macé-Scaron for a book signing on Saturday March 16 from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 2:30 p.m. to 6 p.m.
He will notably be there to present his latest detective novel “The Yellow Queen” to be published on March 14 and of which here is the summary:

Roquebrune-sur-Argens, peaceful Provençal village in the shadow of a rock and El Dorado for retirees. Since the start of the heatwave, the gendarmes have carried out their mission by fining villa owners who fill their swimming pools, by intervening when street quarrels turn into fistfights and by recording deaths from dehydration.
Everything comes to a head when four young girls claim that a hitchhiker has disappeared from their car, that a librarian finds on her desk a biography of Xavier Dupont de Ligonnès annotated with disturbing comments and that the corpse of a woman crowned with deer antlers is discovered on the banks of the Endre.
For Captain Guillaume Lassire, a criminal much more dangerous than a heat wave is raging in the thousand-year-old city and only his friend, the Chartist Paule Nirsen, can help him.
Between occult sect, Var mafia, dark local legends and old manuscript recounting the atrocities of the Wars of Religion, the reason of the two investigators will be put to the test like never before.
