Our objective is to promote a unique culinary event , namely a Pastry Competition which will take place at the Le Forum Theater in Fréjus, on February 24 and 25.

  • The Pastry Competition aims to find the pastry that will represent the destination while highlighting the talents of our pastry chefs

local amateurs

  • A product that can travel beyond our borders, a product of tourist appeal
  • Make this meeting a family event: Stands, activities and workshops all weekend, around pastry
  • Bringing together our food professionals to become players in the event: making and marketing the winning pastry, coaching amateurs for the final, running a workshop during the weekend of February 24-25, etc.

In search of Estérel pastry!

The promotion agency for the Est-Var region “Estérel Côte d'Azur” is organizing an amateur pastry competition, open to all, to create THE pastry which will represent the signature specialty of the destination!

 

Competition objectives:

  • Combine a tasty treat with our territory
  • Sustain this local creation among our restaurateurs, bakers and pastry chefs
  • Sharing a local sweetness beyond our borders

How to register ?

An essential criterion

Have a link of belonging to the Estérel Côte d'Azur territory: being born, having grown up, living or having a family link with the residents of Fréjus, Les Adrets de l'Estérel, Puget sur Argens, Roquebrune-sur-Argens or Saint-Raphaël.
