Freshness and quality of products, flavors of tastes… this is the signature of Frédéric Deconinck, manager of Milano . He cultivated this taste for “good things” from an early age alongside his butcher father who instilled in him the desire to work in the restaurant business. A man of action, the young man opened his first restaurant in Calais at the age of 18. His taste for challenge led him to emigrate to the Cannes region in 2003, where he took over a second establishment in Fréjus 4 years later. After renaming it “the Milano”, he revamped the concept to make it the city's essential restaurant.
His speciality ? Ultra fresh fish and seafood directly from fishermen's nets. With this second success, the man with multiple projects has just opened a caterer fishmonger in Fréjus.
