Celebrate the first grapes in Fréjus

The City of Fréjus, the Tourist Office, the maintenance group of Provençal traditions La Miougrano as well as all the other partners and guests, invite visitors and Fréjus residents to celebrate the Grape Festival of the Miougrano de Fréjus, from August 3 to 6 2023 at the Historic Heart of Fréjus with free entry.

The importance of the vine is evident throughout the history of the creation of Fréjus. The people of Fréjus settled there, became farmers, planted vines, olive trees and fruit trees and then developed wine production by building large wine estates. Today, the Fréjus vineyard has 3 estates holding AOC “Côte de Provence Fréjus”, Le Clos des Roses, Jas des Oliviers, and Château Paquette.

Hosted by the Provençal Traditions Maintenance Group, “La Miougrano”, La Fête du Raisin, a traditional and Provençal festival, is reborn each year to celebrate the first grapes.
