by Matthieu GUILLOU,

If the kitchen is a very characteristic space for the archaeologist, it nevertheless represents a real challenge of interpretation. This conference will therefore aim to draw a general portrait of kitchens and their morphology in Roman Gaul, in particular based on examples from Fréjus.

At the Villa Aurélienne , in the music room and by videoconference via the Gotomeeting access.
