MEET THE MITHYQUE GROUP EARTH WIND AND FIRE ON STAGE AT THE ARENES DE FREJUS FOR A MEGA CONCERT.

A jazz-funk band from Chicago , Illinois . The group was formed in 1969 on the initiative of Maurice White . He is particularly known for the hits Fantasy (1977), September (1978), Boogie Wonderland (1979) or Let's Groove (1981).

Its most notable particularity is its ability to innovate by introducing and mixing in a skilful and original way elements from African, Brazilian, Cuban and Caribbean musical traditions to its funk characterized by a high quality brass section (the Phenix Horns ) and arrangements borrowed from both jazz and symphonic music.
