This large 58 m² T2 on the garden level is particularly pleasant and relaxing for 2 to 4 people, with recent air conditioning it is classified 3 *** stars. It consists of: -a bright living room of 40 m² with 2 good beds of 90 cm; -a 12 m² bedroom with 1 comfortable 140 cm double bed; -a bathroom with sink, shower and toilet, large wall-mounted dryer, bathroom cabinet with hair dryer. The kitchen area is separated from the living room by a very functional American bar.
Kitchen equipment: -a 2-bowl sink, a 2-door refrigerator with freezer, a hob with 3 gas burners and 1 4-ring electric hob, 1 large built-in electric oven, 1 microwave oven, 1 washing machine for (5kg), 1 dishwasher (12 place settings), large storage cupboards with everything you need for cooking and meals, cleaning. A kettle, 1 electric coffee maker, 1 toaster, 1 canister vacuum cleaner and the necessary maintenance, 1 table and 1 iron, 1 large outdoor clothes line on the east side of the garden, 1 folding dryer.
In front of the living room, on the exterior facing south, a large paved terrace covered by a shaded pergola opens onto the garden with trees and flowers with a large section of synthetic grass, both available to tenants over 150 m². A seasonal rental contract is established with a 25% deposit on booking and the balance on arrival when the keys are handed over. The price is decreasing according to the duration.
The accommodation is cleaned and disinfected after each rental.
* To access the accommodation and move around, the provision of a car is optional. The nearest beach is about 600 m away, many local shops from 200 to 500m. Evaluation of some distances from the rental: – the nearest train station is that of Fréjus at 1 km, that of the TGV of Saint Raphaël is at 3 km. The nearest airport and ferry terminal are Nice and Toulon, around 90 km away; access to the A8 motorway is approximately 3 km away. Cannes and Saint-Tropez are each about 35 km away by road, -access by sea is also possible by shuttle boats.
